Wristband activation ensures a smooth process when entering the festival each day and makes sure that your investment remains yours. Remember to sign up for MM Cashless Presented By Bank of America® to pay for drinks, food and merch with your wristband all weekend long. Pay quickly and securely throughout the festival! Box Office Info
There are two box office locations:
Beltline Side/Grady Stadium Box Office:
Located at Grady Stadium on Monroe Drive between 10th Street and 8th Street. This box office is only open during the Festival (September 15 – 16) from 10am until close.
MARTA Side/12th Street Box Office:
Located at the Piedmont Park Community Center at 12th Street and Piedmont Avenue. This box office is open: 9/11 – 9/14 from 10AM – 6PM and September 15 and 16 from 10AM – Close

I have a question about accessibility.
Yes, you can rent a locker to store your personal items. But not just lockers, lockers with cell phone chargers inside of them. The lockers are located inside the fest. This means that you can store your items and leave them overnight AND charge your cell phone whenever you need – with universal chargers. You can click here and reserve your locker now.
Lost & Found
We will have Lost & Found doing our very best to return missing items! During the weekend check the Fest Info Booths powered by Hotels.com or the Lost and Found booth located in the gravel lot across from the Charles Allen Entrance, by Ticket Help and Bike Valet. We will be uploading items to our Lost and Found page as they come in.
Music Midtown is a car-less event. Take MARTA, use the Beltline, hop in an Uber, or ride your bicycle. Speaking of, if you do ride your bike, we’ll valet it for you at the 10th Street Gate. If you must drive, you can also reserve a space in the 10 10th Street Parking Deck. Find out more here.
