How to use the Layaway Plan

HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1: Go to seahearnowfestival.com/tickets and click on the ticket you’re interested in.
STEP 2: Add it to your cart and click on “Checkout” when you’re ready.
STEP 3: Select “Layaway Plan” near the end of the checkout process.

After your first payment is made, the follow up payments will be drawn automatically from the same payment method on the specified due dates. If you would like to update your payment info afterwards, you can do so in your Front Gate Tickets account that you create when you purchase or reach out to Front Gate Tickets Support.

The only additional charge for using a layaway plan as opposed to buying all at once is a fee of $10 (and this fee isn’t even per ticket, it’s per order – so buy in bulk to save).

WHEN IS MY LAST CHANCE TO USE THE LAYAWAY PLAN?
The last day to get a layaway plan of any kind will be August 7th. But the sooner you start a plan, the the lower the payments will be. So sooner is better!

WHAT ABOUT GA+, VIP, PLATINUM AND ULTIMATE TICKETS?
Layaway plans can be used for any ticket type and the payments are based off of a percentage of the overall ticket price.

CAN I CHANGE MY PAYMENT METHOD OR PAY IT OFF EARLY?
Yes! When you buy a ticket you are required to create an online account with Front Gate Tickets (our official ticket provider). Simply go back to https://seahearnow.frontgatetickets.com/ (where you buy the tickets in the first place) and click “sign in” at the top. From there you can manage your orders, change credit cards or update the shipping address on file, and even pay it all off early if you prefer.
